PLEASE NOTE - All fabric patterns listed for purchase are subject to availability from the manufacturer and may be discontinued or out of stock once your order has been placed.  If your fabric choice has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will have the choice to pick a different fabric or request an immediate refund.

Frequently asked questions

1.  Can I pick a different fabric than what you show in the shop?
a. Absolutely!  If you have a particular color, pattern, or print that is not listed on this site, please feel free to send me an email and I will work with you to find you what you are looking for.  When looking at fabric, please ensure that the fabric is a high quality 100% outdoor polyester fabric.  Please note, depending on the cost of your fabric choice, there may be additional charges.​

2. Can I buy fabric and send it to you for you to use?
a. No, not at this time.

3. Do you make matching window awnings?
a. Yes.  Please note, not all printed fabrics are suitable for the T@B 400 front and stargazing windows unless seamed.  This will require additional fabric and charges.  If looking to purchase window awnings, please reach out to me at [email protected] for additional information.

4. Are the Sunshades waterproof?
a. I use outdoor rated water-resistant fabric and then apply Camp Dry to the Sunshade.  The Sunshades are not waterproof but are water resistant.  

5. How will the Sunshades hold up in high winds?
a. I offer no guarantee against strong wind damage.  I would like to recommend that customers purchase the Lightweight Canopy Adjustable Aluminum Telescoping Tarp Poles (from Amazon) for approximately $40.  It has been my personal experience that the "telescoping poles" help stabilize my Sunshade during a "slight breeze/wind".  Please note, I remove my Sunshade on windy days.

6. How reliable are the poles?
a. Fiberglass tent poles have their weaknesses, yet they remain the best choice for this style of Sunshades due to their flexibility. I do not recommend that you leave your Sunshade up in high winds and I do not guarantee the performance of the poles.  My recommendation is that customers pro-actively purchase and have on hand a "Coleman Replacement Tent Pole Repair Kit" from Walmart, Amazon, or Coleman and Google or YouTube "How to Repair a Broken Tent Pole - Coleman Replacement Kit".  This way, you would be able to change out your broken Sunshade pole immediately.

​7. Can I buy a pole, only?
a. No, not at this time.  Again, my recommendation is for customers to purchase the "Coleman Replacement Tent Pole Repair Kit" from Walmart, Amazon, or Coleman and Google or You Tube "How to Repair a Broken Tent Pole - Coleman Replacement Kit".  This is a much less expensive option, and you will be able to repair your Sunshade pole immediately if needed!!  If you need additional assistance with replacing your pole, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I will be happy to assist you.
 
8. Can I buy just your stakes?
a. No, not at this time. We will make replacements available for customers who previously purchased from us.

Custom Fees and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any Custom Fees and Import Taxes that may apply. I am not able to ship to the UK and am not responsible for delays due to Customs. 

During the months of June, July, and August, orders will take 12 - 16 weeks before being shipped.  Orders are normally shipped within 4 - 10 weeks.

Each T@B Sunshade is custom made to order and is not eligible for a refund, return, cancellation, or exchange.  If you have a concern, I will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
